The staff was welcoming without being intrusive. The hotel was in an absolutely perfect and favourable location, very close to the main attractions. Plus, it was very close to the center, train station, free shuttle to the cable cars.

Wow, this hotel is fancy! The high-grade tiling and designer bathroom ceramics really impressed me. Plus, the private sauna in each room is a luxurious touch.

Just loved how the guests felt entitled to bring their noisy, running children and sneak in extra guests. Such entertaining behavior, truly a delight!

As a young family, we loved the private sauna in our room and the beautiful lake view from the balcony. The kitchen with all the necessary equipment was a great convenience, and the free parking with EV chargers was a bonus. The hotel staff, especially Oanna and Gabriele, were extremely friendly and attentive. The free shuttle to the ski resort and the offer of a free ride to the train station were much appreciated.

The room we had included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating and an individual safe. Location: the hotel was just next door to the center, the train station and high hill. There were lots of restaurants to eat, like Seehotel Freiberg that was only 20 minutes' walk away...

We loved our recent stay at Nikolaus By Avenida Panoramic Wellness Suites. The panoramic balcony view was simply breathtaking and the private sauna in our room added an extra touch of luxury. The breakfast selection was wide and delicious, and we appreciated the complimentary Zell am see Summer card. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
